Refunds
Thank you for shopping at Folk & Fable! We appreciate your support and want you to be fully informed about our refund and returns policy.
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returned items, and no exchanges will be offered after your purchase. Items that qualify for a refund will be processed at the discretion of Folk and Fable upon review of evidence. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Refunds: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a description of the issue and photographic proof of the defect by email.
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item request and notify you of the next steps. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5-7 days. If you haven’t received your refund within this amount of time, please follow the steps listed below.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
